The founder of WSS, Becky offers her clients’ years of experience honed in human resources, executive search, sports marketing and entrepreneurship. She is driven by a passion, diligent work ethic, and true desire to build outstanding teams. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Concordia University and an MA & BS from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo State University.

MARY LOU YOUNGBLOOD, SR PARTNER

As SR Partner, Mary Lou joined WSS from the NBA/WNBA. She draws upon her years of experience in operations, management, sports, financial services and private enterprise. Strong values and an unyielding work ethic are the cornerstones of her business philosophy. She is a graduate of Texas A&M (an NCAA Division I scholarship athlete and National Champion).
